Production & Processes
GBM Rivet & Fasteners utilizes some of the most up-to-date technologically advanced cold heading equipment in the industry including: single die, 2 die, 3 die, 5 die, and 6 die progressive headers. GBM is capable of processing a wide range of carbon and stainless steel. The size of the wire can range from 4mm (0.157”) to 16mm (0.630”) in diameter and 7mm (0.275”) to 127mm (5”) in length.
Quality Control
GBM has always strived to provide the highest level of quality in our products and our customer service. To this end, we are ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified. Our mandate at GBM Rivet & Fasteners is to provide our customers with the highest quality standards possible in the fastener industry, consisting of offering the highest achievable value of quality and service, combined with professional integrity to all customers, and with emphasis on exceeding contractual obligations. Included within this mandate, is the goal of complying with the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standards, work towards providing zero defect in our products, and meeting 100% on time delivery to customers while requesting the same from suppliers. Quality objectives and targets are established during Business Planning Process and are tracked on a monthly basis.
Warehouse
- Our warehouse is 25,000 sq. ft. approx.
- Stocking over 600 customers products operating/running J.I.T / Kanban systems
- Packing our product in cardboard containers and customer supplied totes on our automated packing lines
